TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT US
TRUTH+LIES is a trading name of 365ALIVE Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16159880). Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

2. THESE TERMS
These terms apply to all orders placed through truthpluslies.co. Please read them before ordering. They're designed to work alongside your legal rights as a consumer, not replace them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
Every product is printed to order after you buy it.
Product images are for illustration. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and the printed garment may vary slightly from the images.
Artwork is printed at the same size across garment sizes, so it may appear proportionally smaller on larger sizes.
Gold-coloured details are a printed effect, not metallic foil or glitter.
Size chart measurements are approximate. Please check them before ordering.

4. YOUR ORDER
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that order confirmation.
We may need to decline an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error. If this happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies.
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken when you place your order.
If we discover we've made an obvious error in a price, we'll contact you before processing your order.

6. DELIVERY
Production and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we'll always aim to meet them.
If your order is delayed by something outside our control, we'll let you know. If the delay is significant, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
The product is your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. Unless these are shown as included at checkout, they're payable by the recipient.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
You can cancel your order for any reason, including size, within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, email hello@truthpluslies.co with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the item.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
We'll refund the price you paid, including any standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've sent it), using your original payment method.
You can try items on as you would in a shop. If an item has been worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect this.

8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
By law, the products we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If your item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email hello@truthpluslies.co with your order number and clear photos. We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.

9. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
Our products are for domestic and private use. We're not responsible for any business losses.

10. OUR DESIGNS
All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this website belong to TRUTH+LIES or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

11. USING OUR WEBSITE
You must not misuse our website, for example by introducing viruses or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
Our website may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content.
We may update or change our website at any time.

12. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We only use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel your order for a full refund of anything you haven't received.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.

15. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
If a court decides that any part of these terms is unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Only you and we have rights under these terms. Nobody else can enforce them.
If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

16. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@truthpluslies.co and we'll do our best to resolve it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you also keep any protections given to you by the law of your country.
